F1RS and V1000 Direct3D? Problems!

I'm getting DirectDraw errors (???) saying I'm out of
memory (video card mem?) when I try to run F1RS.

I'm using V1.07 English patch. Full install.

This is my PC:

P225MMX
QDI Titanium board with 75Mhz bus
Creative 3DBlaster PCI 4Mb
64Mb EDO
SB16, Win95C latest drivers etc...

I tried the Canopus and Creative drivers; same shit...

WTF?
