Did you check that little switch in the pedal unit? I've occasionally kicked
mine into an intermediate position and had the calibration go strange on me.
Only other thing I can think of is that one or more of your potentiometers
need cleaning.

HELP!!! My NASCAR Pro wheel won't calibrate!!

Seperate is good . Potentiometers or"pots" are the rotary variable resistors
that tell your computer what position the pedal/steering wheel is. They are
generally small metal cans with a shaft projecting to one side. As you use
your wheel and pedals they slowly get dirty inside and start to loose their
calibration causeing your wheel /pedals to "jitter" when in the windows
calibration panel. To access the steering unit pots you have to undo a
number of screws on the underside of the steering unit. Once you have access
to the pot you have to use some sort of electrical cleaning agent such as
spayable electrical contact cleaner to flush the gunk out of the pot. Let
the pot dry and reassemble and recalibrate your wheel. If its the pedals
then you need to turn the base unit over and extract all of those screws to
get at the pots. Its not a hard job, it just takes time and some patience.

There is a bunch of wires and other stuff. Is there a diagram available? I
