Exactly. At 100 MHz, the PCI bus is achieved by dividing by three
instead of two. One problem could arise from your processor, though:
some Intel CPUs don't allow using a lower multiplier. The celeron A is
one example - you can run it at 4.5x66=300 (Intel's math, not mine :)
or at 4.5x100=450 MHz, but you can't set it to, say, 3.5x100.
