is there a patch because n 99 only has half of the n 99 drivers.

Not a patch, but you have to download carsets.
There are several different sites to do this.
My favorite is http://www.racesimcentral.net/
I have all 3 sets, cup, busch and Trucks.
Sim***world and summerbrother racing are 2 others I know of but I aint got
the addresses to them.
