There is a patch undergoing beta testing. It was sent to Sierra Germany
to test the installer and they put it up on the website. It is not the
final patch it has not been released. But if you do find it somewhere on
the web, please note it will make your copy of N4 incompatible with current
versions of N4. Patience young jedi, the patch will be ready....someday...

I got mine at Wallgreens... But It really didn't help my craving for
cigarettes. Still smokin a pack and ahalf a day.
