No, the new cart sim if from Microsoft and looks awesome. Go to
microsoft games and read all about it. It will leave you drooling.

Actually, there are apparently two games coming out. One is a
repackaged ICR2 (probably with not many enhancements) called CART
Racing. The other is Microsoft's/Terminal Reality's new sim called
CART Precision Racing.

The latter, CART Precision Racing, looks great, and if the finished
product lives up to the screen shots, etc. then it will bury ICR2 and
should be a good leap forward for sims in general.
