It does work (9700), but only in D3D.  I've been using Opengl for awhile
with GPL, but not only does the fsaa make it look better in D3D, but the
sound 'ticks' and small pauses I'd been seeing in Opengl are not there with
D3D.  The only odd thing is that there is some banding in the skies, which I
don't recall seeing before.
