SVGA NASCAR?

SVGA NASCAR?

I have a really, really dumb question. How do you tell if you're running SVGA
or in low-res mode? The graphics I see are about the same as in Indycar:
ugly jaggies and all. I ran UNIVESA, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
Is there something else I need to do to get it to work? Or is it already
working, and it's just not apparent?

Mike.

To be in SVGA mode, you have to type nascar -h at the dos prompt.
h is for high resolution.

Start NASCAR by typing nascar -h  to load the SVGA version.  Type
nascar to load the VGA version.

The answer to that question is in the manual.  You _DO_ have the manual which
came with the game when you _BOUGHT_ it, right?

The `ole RTFM answer, eh?  BTW, for those of you uninitiated into the "flaming" world of the
Internet, particularly Usenet, this (RTFM) stands for "Read The F*cking Manual!"

Yes, and thanks for the precise reference...
