The 95 mod shortcut launches the 2002 "normal" game, what is wrong ?

Here's the shortcut and the config95.ini file, the "95" folders are here
on the harddisk so I don't know what's the proiblem, the other mods are
running OK...

I must be very stupid....

  no that is a very very very common problem.  Go back to your two config
files, the original config.ini and the mod ini.  Compare them using a txt
editor and make sure the lower half of the mod file matches the original.

  Everything below the gridsize should match...this area..

How about the mini mod in GTR2002 since there is no .ini file ?

I'm getting ALMOST ready to race...

   The mini mod needs the Ferrari F360 Challenge addon installed first.  
F360 has a newer pregame menu that allows you to choose from any number of
mods for the GTR mod.   Back you go...  :)

Thanks a lot dave, it runs fine...

now if I could know where to get the other stuff that are appearing in the
new F360 menu with categories such as LM and so on...or maybe they are not
available yet ?

Also is there a possibility to make a shortcut to start the "mini" directly
or the "360" directly or do we have to go thorugh this start up menu
everytime ?

   I don't know about the shortcuts...probably running the alternate exe
would start whatever was the last mod loaded...just a guess though.  Most
of those titles on the F360 menu are fictional.  Simbin included those as a
template for the mod builders.  I know that in addition to the Mini's there
is a Porche Supercup based on the Euro series, but that's the only other
one I can think of right now.
