I'm not wure what this is a bug or a cheat, but I've noticed that on some
tracks one and not allways the same one of the downloaded cars that I
pratice against is allways 4 to 8 mph faster on there laps than any other
car and the closest that I can get to them is about 4 mph slower . Anyone
else noticed this problem

Alot of this is based on the drivers AI settings in the ratings section.
There is also a .ini file that controls them. If they are faster, then that
is because they were created that way.

Well I need to ask this, as this has become almost a de facto N4 group
(!), but what game are you having these issues with?  This is an AI
driver, using the same car you are?  I know in F1CS, you can adjust the
opponent strength and aggressiveness factors - perhaps this can help you
find the solution in whatever game you're playing...
