Once in Nascar 2, is there any way to navigate/make selections using the
tab or cursor keys as in Nascar 1? You could in the demo.

> can use is the esc and enter keys (except in replay-mode). Esc is
> the "return" function, and enter will allow you to load a few default
> menus.
