We have been waiting for GP3 for 5 years - we set up a five player LAN
session (100Mbit) yesterday and tried to run a 100% race.  Unfortunately it
consistantly dies around lap 10-15....it just hangs and goes at about 0.1
FPS.  We all have decent computers - from 875 -> 300 with voodoo 3's / TNT
2's and Geforces all round.

Is this why there was never any LAN play in the promo's?  I dont think it
can ever work!  Anyone get through a full network race with more than 4
players?
