Anyone been able to get this plate to work, with the
plate on 3 and 4 gears are now tied to the hat up and
hat left. Don't know how to change the N3.ini to reflect this. I mean what
good it is if it will not work.

I had a problem when I had a second game contorller plugged in. N3 is
limited to 16 buttons. It was using 12 buttons from the Force RS and 4 from
my joystick. When I unplugged the joystick, the 4 gear slots which hadn't
been working started to work. The line you need in you N3.ini file is as
follows;

GEARS 1 2 13 16
