GPL ADSL and TZO

I am using an ADSL service with a firewall.  I also use TZO to get
an ip I can use for hosting.  In multiplayer I see 10.0.0.2 and another ip
that is different than the one fromTZO. Neither work for hosting.  I have
alternate ip in my core.ini.   Any suggestions???? Thanks
