SODA is one of those programs that requires you RE_ASSIGN your inputs
to unused keys or joystick posisitions BEFORE you Assign the proper
ones. You just can't say use the fire button for gas if the Game
Defaults have the fire button doing something else. So move whatever
input is on the fire button to another unused key, then assign the gas
to the fire button. Clunky...but it works
