open GL for GPL?

Can anyone tell me where to find the open GL patch for GPL? I have installed
the gpl1.1 update but I still don't have open GL to choose from. I used to
have this but lost it formatting my computer. Also, I installed some car
setups from Eagle Woman Grand Prix website and now my joystick doesn't
function. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
