  you have to register with the simbin forums to be able to view the dload
forum where the f1 gtmod is...remember to also dload the gtmod v2.0 patch
while your there...numerous fixes and improvements
  and it goes without saying to have F1 2001 patched FIRST before you begin
with the modding.

Actually I think you'll find there is a 2.1 version now that sorts the
AI......
