should run very well indeed on your system.

Just make sure it's patched and use the D3D rasteriser.

I'd give a provisional "thumbs up" on GPL on Win2K - three months ago, when
I tried it, I had problems with my LWFF - major force spikes.  Since then,
I've installed Win98 and have had no problems.  Logitech has since released
a new driver (v 3.65?) which addresses the force spike issue, so that should
be okay.  Otherwise, it ran just fine (T'bird 1GHz, GeForce 2, 256Mb).

One remaining caveat, though - I was running GP3 occasionally back then, and
there was no way to get my LWFF and CH Pedals combo to work properly, since
JoyRegs doesn't work under Win2K.  That's a fairly specific problem, and not
GPL related, so you should be okay.

It is funny, but I too have that combo, and am using JoyRegs to enable
my pedals :) I guess I will do a dual boot than! One never knows what
might come along. I need win2000 for development only anyway!

Thanks!

If you want Win2000 as your main OS then and not be prompted:

In control panel, advanced, startup & recovery

You can remove the "display list of operating systems..."

Win9X will remain available to you if you ever need to go back by
re-enabling it.

I guess if you want to recover the disk space and have a single OS system
you would have to re-install Win2000???
