I have been playing GP2 for some months now and have become accustomed the
controlling the car with the keys. I have just bought a new computer and
duly installed GP2. However now when I run GP2 it loads and runs fine
until you actually enter a race. As soon as you hold any keys down, ie
accelerator the system speaker starts beeping and the game freezes until
you let go of the keys. Result, can watch pretty race but can't drive in
it. Any ideas?
What settings do you have for the keyboard under win95 (if you use win95?)
under control panel? and what keyboard drivers do you have in config.sys,
autoexec.bat, dosstart.bat, etc.
Also check your soundcard & graphics card for conflicts, make sure you
have the latest drivers for them.

I think there maybe some keyboard related settings you might want to
play with in your BIOS setup. I'm wonder if the typematic rate is set
weird. Just a shot in the dark....
