Thrustmaster and Logitech controllers

I am considering getting a Thrustmaster Nascar Pro Digital 2 wheel, and
I'm wondering if the software will conflict with the Logitech Wingman
software that I am using with my gamepad.  Both are USB devices.  Anyone
know if there will be a problem?
