Wildfire patch not working?

I downloaded the 'pwf_gns_512' lo-res patch and it doesn't appear to work.
Specifically, when i click to run it, *** all happens. Am i missing
something? I do have the Papy patch installed.

Where did you download it from.  The one at ifxracing.com does not work, if you notice its only
7.7MB, the patch is 27.5 MB.

Also you must first have the 1.1.0.2 patch from papyrus installed or the GNS
mod will not work.  If you install it to an unpatched version it might even
keep your retail tracks from loading in the cup series.
