Indycar Pit bug

Indycar Pit bug

I have version 1.03 of indycar racing from Papyrus and have found what I feel
are two bugs, both dealing with pits.  Currently I am playing at 93% strength,
does this mean their fuel consumption is 93% as well??  I seem to need to pit
far more often than the computer drivers.  On speedways the difference is not
so great (they have about 5 more gallons more than I do), but on road courses
it is terrible.  At Toronto I came in with 7 gallons left to get enough to go
the distance, but when the computer cars pitted, I had only 19 left.  I do
have it filling me up to 40, so I know that is not the problem.

The other bug is in pit exits.  Sometimes a computer car gets hung up near
the exit and no one can pass.  Meanwhile, the cars on the track go around
several laps.  What gives?

This one isn't completely a bug.  The AI runs with a lower boost than you do,
and consequently they get (much) better fuel milage.  I ran an IICC Lites
race (40% distance, 98% strength) at Toronto and I had to pit about half way
to put another 25 gals in (I used around 52-53 gals), but I was far enough
ahead after the 18 or 19 laps that I didn't lose the lead when I came in.

The AI never really changes fuel consumption much if at all, so even if you run
them at 102% (which IICC Pro has done a couple of times) they don't burn more
fuel!  Nor do they get better milage at 93%...

Cool :-(  Never seen this one before... Yet Another Papyrus Bug.
