How do I install it? I recently raced Atlanta for the first time
(after racing Richmond for the last few weeks...), and saw what the
problem was. The AI's wait until turn four just before the green to
pit, and then the whole field gets backed up in turn four. If you're
not paying attention, it can cause a BIIIIIGGGG mess...
Edit the ATLANTA.TXT file and comment out (or remove) all of the lines
at the bottom, which only appear at Atlanta and Martinsville. (Note:
they SHOULD be in Martinsville and SHOULD NOT be in Atlanta)
I believe it's PCARL and PTICKS, possibly a third one...
