Is there a patch afor this game to enable use of setups, weather
variables etc. whilst playing in easy, not just realistic, mode ?

A patch would imply a bug. The program was designed to not
do those things with EASY. I think if you want more options you
should consider going to realistic. You can still enable many cheats
and drive around like a wimp :-)
