I downloaded n2w23do.exe and installed it, but I really didn't see
what it did. It seemed to mention that it can move tire position and
driver location, but what about body shape?
Also, I've looked at the major websites but I cannot find a conversion
patch for the Pro Craftsman Trucks.
Finally, is there a program that would allow me to edit my engine sounds?

Have a look over at The Sim Project <www.simproject.com>...You'll find
the sound editor you need, as well as a few other utilities that work
with N2. As for the N2W23DO - yes, you can alter the car's shape.
