Decreasing grip in alms mod?

Is it possible to take a bit of grip out of the alms mod? How complex is it,
and does it need to be done for all of the cars? They just seem a bit over
done, like on the other end of the scale from the fia gt mod. Just a bit OT,
but i just wanted to say that i had by far the best race ive had with maybee
anything (AI or Human) at indy with the alms mod today.. We were dicing for
laps, passing each other, and the ai was performing a bit of rubbings racing
on me when i passed him. The highlight is where i tried to pull off a big
out braking move at the end of the start finish straight, only to run wide
and have him pass me. Being ultra competitive and not happy with him passing
me, i drove hard out of the next turn so i could put my nose just beside him
to get the inside line through turn 4, expecting the ai to back of..... to
my suprise and delight the ai kept his foot into the gas and tried to drive
around the ouside of me and were going at it down the short straight. We
changed places 3 or 4 more times in that lap, door handle to door handle
through the hairpins untill eventually i pulled a bit of a gap and then he
got stuck behind a backmarker. I was totally stoked, really impressive and
cant wait for the FIA GT V3 mod and also F1 2002!! Keep up the great work
with all the mods guys, you deserve all the credit the world has to offer
and thanks for putting in the hours to create something for free! Top stuff

Thanks
Luke

you already answered your own question...:)  FIAGT.  I would like to see
both mods move a little from their current grip levels.  GT has too little
grip and ALMS too much.  While I don't want them to be equal or even end up
using the same physics files, I think if they both conceded a-bit it would
make driving both more enjoyable.  I had to work like the***ens to get my
GT times to match the ALMS times (the higher powered cars of the GT patch
suffered too much when I had to tippy toe through the turns)

Have you tried adjusting the wing settings.
