Unable to Run V3

by Gary Hasle » Tue, 11 Apr 2000 04:00:00

I just bought a new HP Pavilion 8670c to replace my older PC Importers
which I ran Win 98. I am unable to get my V3 to work with the same drivers
that I used on my old system, this one use's Win 98 SE. I downloaded the
latest drivers from InterAct and still no go. Any Ideas where I go here.
Maybe I need to go to a USB wheel? Any help here would greatly appreciated.
 Thanks
Gary

HP ia your problem.  They most likely have a proprietary motherboard
bios that conflicts with your voodoo card.  If you have a pci 3dfx card,
make sure it is in the first pci slot.  Good Luck...HP=AOL for draining
performance.
