NASCAR Restrictor Plate Mods

I know you guys are probably tired of getting this request but
I missed the original posts on how/what to change to remove
the restrictor plates in NASCAR.

Could someone please send me this information?  It's going to be
a long weekend and I want to fly around some tracks.

At Talledega you can do it.  I haven't seen another track with the plates
(and I do have the pack).  What you do is in dos (or winblows) edit
taladega.txt file so that the line SPDWY 1 42 45 reads SPDWY 0 42 45.
That's it.  Hope you pass inspection!  BTW, watch the tire wear when you race
without the plate.
