Hello Paul, i do have the same problem, i've tried any possible configuration
with my pc, I have sent a "polite" email to Ubisoft, to my understanding, they
know about it very well.

What we should do, is email them again regarding this problem, in mass
"production"

My suggestion is: Sending a Carbon Copy of a designated formated email
by all Stingray owner to Ubisoft in All language, the more we'll be sending
this,
the more they will  see the amplitude of the problem.

We should try getting most of it, and sending emails all at the same time,
What do you think?

So i'm sending a S.O.S. to all Stingray owner playing F1RS, and we should
assign someone for doing the proper text to be sent (and translated). English
is not my mother tongue, so i'll leave it to someone else. It has to be polite
but
firm.

Take care, Eric
