F1RS Loading saved games (vodoo rush)

According to ubisoft there is a problem loading saved games if you are
using a vodoo rush board.  Is there a patch out yet that will address this
problem or will I have to start at the begining every time.  This is
started to p--s me off so please if you know of a solution let me know
