3dfx has posted a new driver for the Voodoo Rush cards (3/4/98).  After
installing the new driver, CPR no longer flickers with hardware
acceleration on.  So if you have a Voodoo Rush card and CPR, download the
latest driver at www.3dfx.com to fix the flickering problem in CPR.
