less than $150, check it out.

He's in AUSTRALIA, so hes talking $200 AUSTRALIAN Dollars.
Which equates to US$130.
Basically hes wishing on a star that someone will actually sell their
$399 Canopus for half price.

The Pure 3D LX sells for $129.00 USD. This is the version without the TV
output.

Yes, but given it costs $30 to FedEx a piece of software to Australia,
a card would be around $50 at least.
So the price is no longer economical.
You could send it sea frieght, and wait 3 months while watching the
prices drop further though....
