I'd like to see the 2002 schedule.  Tired of seeing the 2000 schedule in the
2001 product.  All the pitcrews being shown would be cool for those of us
with the horsepower to show them.

Why?  Well, because in that way all you guys who shriek-- "CART!", "What
Papyrus Should Do", "GPL" this and "GPL" that, "OT Fox Sports!" can go
somewhere else, get your own elitist newsgroup, and all of us can rest in
your happiness and our own.

This is one of the things tht Nascar Heat does better.  You can SEE where
your front-end is.  You can't in N4.

I think this is what causes a lot of off-corner 'incidents'.

to change the brake bias from within the car like the real cup cars can now.

That's the most childish and naive thing I've read here in months.

1) Go ahead and create your own rec.autos.simulators.non-papy newsgroup
(this won't ever happen, but good luck anyway).
2) Filter the terms "GPL", "CART" or any term that actually refers to the
charter of this newsgroup.  I mean, what don't you understand in
rec.autos.simulators ???  We should start talking about Pez dispenser to
please you?
3) Get the *** out of this newsgroup if you aren't pleased by this place.
We aren't your slaves.  Post information about those supposed other sims if
you want to talk about them.  Nobody forces you to post about GPL.

It's the third time in less then a week that you troll here Alan.  I pity
you.

Why is it so "childish" and "naive"?  Maybe I can understand the first, but
the naive thing is puzzling to me.

Why can't Nascar and GPL have their own newsgroups?  You guys just go rehash
the same things over and over and over and it gets rather tedious in here,
almost makes a person want to shuck this group completely.

With your own newsgroup you guys can all try to dominate yourself instead of
trying to elitist your way into this group and ruin in for most of us.

Seems like a fair proposal to me and not at all, as you say, childish and
naive.

How is it 'elitest' to ask people what they'd like to see in a future game?  It
seems like discussing ideas is a GOOD thing.  That's the whole point of
newsgroups anyway, isn't it?  If you want to talk about a different(non-Papy,
apparently) sim, start a thread!  People will join...there are many favorite
sims represented here.

The VRW is doing realtime qualifications where you line up on pit road and
official send you out one car at a time. It works great and you get to see
everyone qualify. It's done in a practice session.
