Thrustmaster Releases Talk N' Play Internet Voice Software - 8:05 am EST - Mark

Grabbed the following from Yahoo. A little outside the 3D realm.

The Talk n' Play software enables up to four people to simultaneously
conference and play games over the Internet with no additional fees or added
phone connection charges. The Talk n' Play conference works with virtually any
online game and, with the included headset, allows `hands-free' voice
communication so players can keep pace with the game action. Talk n' Play
supports simultaneous microphone and speaker operation and utilizes Microsoft's
DirectSound technology allowing the user to hear the conference as well as the
game audio

That's great news! When you swear at your opponent in text, it never seems to
have much of an impact. Now we can shout our heads off at him for that silly
manouver...

Rob - that's for anyone racing CPR on the zone :o)

Go to www.shadowfactor.com and try Battlefield Communicator- 30 day or
free trial. I have been using it since it was beta and it actually
works! You can go 1 on 1 comms or run the server version on your
machine and have up to 15 people talking.. Separate channels, clear
comms, works VERY well..
