Voice software?

Can anyone recommend a voice program that can be used for in game
communication between players?  My buddy and I race N2003 and play SOF 2,
and it would be nice if we could use our headsets to communicate with each
other.  We both have cable and amd 2400+ with gf4200 cards, nforce
motherboards, so power shouldn't be a problem.  Thanks.

I use Game Voice Share as well. I use it with GPL and Nascar '03.

Roger Wilco has been great.  But very flaky to get working right with
certain games/soundcards.  Make sure to pay attention to their tech
support and message boards. But we've been using it for 3+ years with
no real problems.
