NASCAR AI

I will have to admit that NASCAR's AI is alot better than
INDYCAR's but there are still some problems. On the superspeedways at the
start of the race cars will weave down the straight where as in real life
they pretty much keep a straight line unless they are passing. I've
started from the back and tried threading my way through the middle or
side to have the whole row weave into me. I've noticed the weaving motion
also at some of the short tracks.
At martinsville most of the cars give you the inside line and
don't block you. I've been racing at the front and I'll I have to do is
dive underneath another car to get by. They all seem to take the low
line-middle line unless there is I'm behind them at which point they take
a high line between the concrete patch and the asphalt.
These little things can be anoying! For the most part the AI is
alot better than INDYCAR's and you have to give papyrus credit for
trying. I guess we will have to wait for a 38 computer network version
before we can play against 38 real cars! :)
