TM GP1 with CH Pedals Setup

I'm hoping some of you out there can share your experiences with this
configuration. My system: Win 95, SB16, TM Pro-Panel, TM GP1( with the adapter
) with CH Pedals. When I first setup this combination, I had it setup in Win 95
as a Thrustmaster Grand Prix 1 Driving System and checked the little box
stating I was using Rudder/Pedals. The combination worked great in most sims,
F1RS, GPL, GP2, ICR2 and N2. My only problem was TOCA, in which I could only
use the throttle/brake on the wheel and not the CH Pedals, but I could live
with that.

Since then I attempted installing an Ensoniq PCI audio card... another thread
for another day...suffice to say I removed it and re-installed my old SB16.
Everything works ok except that the only way I could get the CH pedals to work
was to select Thrustmaster Formula T1/T2 without adapter in the Win95 Game
Controller menu. This works ok, although I can no longer use the hand
throttle/brake on the GP1, which means I no longer have a clutch in GPL.

Can those of you using this configuration share how you set up your controller?
Did you set it up first in the Game Controller menu and then the Thrustmaster
Pro-Panel or the other way around? Do you use the adapter or do without?

Thanks for the help gang!

TM GP1 with CH Pedals Setup

Don, sorry for being a little slow in posting a response. I have just
started using the CH Pedals with my Nascar Pro wheel as I prefer
them to the Thrustmaster ones. The only way I could get everything
to configure the way I wanted it was to set the controller to 4 button
Flight yoke with throttle. I also turned on the rudders/pedals option
with the switch on the CH pedals set to "car". Hope this helps if you
haven't got it working right!

Pete, thanks for the response. I finally got it to work correctly by
re-installing the F1RS 1.09 patch, and setting the controller up as a
Thrustmaster GP1 Driving System in the Windows game controllers window. Now I
get seperate axis for the CH pedals in F1RS and I can use the steering wheel
paddle as a clutch in GPL.

Today I get my new PII 400 so I get to set it up all over again!

Thanks again,
