From the GPLRank FAQ:
I uploaded my player.ini,but my chassis handicaps were not updated!!
As calculating the chassis handicaps is a cpu bound process it is only feasible
on a daily basis (around 2230 GMT). Check again the following day, everything
should be fine and dandy then.
Could this be the problem?
