GP2 Possible UK Delay

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but all the people (myself
included) who have ordered GP2 through mail order and are expecting it
to be mailed to them on Thursday 18th think again.  Unless you have
some sort of special delivery on it, it aint going anywhere on the
18th due to a GPO mail strike which I think goes on until 12 noon
Friday.  Which means we wont get it until Saturday at the very
earliest which is very opptomistic, chances are we`ll have it Monday
22nd.
 I dont know if this will affect the delivery for the shops most of
them probably use couriers.

Can there be any more disappointment?!!

Well, the shops certainly have it. I even had my hands on a copy
(_not_ an empty box) in HMV in York, but they wouldn't let me buy it
until tomorrow :((

I'm in London tomorrow, so I'll be dashing straight down to Oxford St
once I get off that train....

True enough. I bought my copy from Game (Bristol) at 5.30pm on Thursday
18th July. The dude in the shop said that they had had the copies in the
back room since Monday, but were not allowed to sell it. Why?
