So let me get this straight. You actually think GW is running the show?

So, you're ok with the constant flow of body bags of American soldiers
coming back from Iraq because there used to be WMD's, having already
been distroyed by the UN weapons inspectors?

Pathetic.

What part of his comment is asinine...the reference to the greedy, ***
thirsty, corrupt rule of the Bush clan?

Mitch, do you know where the gas came from in those attacks? It was sold
to Hussain by a company located in Rockville, Maryland. The sale had
commerce department approval.

Come on, what did the US government think was going to happen when they
sold WMD to Hussain?! Once again, capitalism is the winner, and the
local people (the Kurds in this case are the losers).

Incidentally, were you aware that the Kurdish massacres were carried out
by the Republican Guards, spared by Schwarzkopf? Were you aware that US
aircraft circled cities in which massacres were taking place, but would
not help? Were you aware that British and US pilots have left their
respective air forces in protest at this policy of not supporting the Kurds?

Look up Arbil, look up Asiriyah - find out what US involvement was *on
the ground*, not what the news spins after the fact.

Excepting that we have recently learned he has too much power to start a
war for tenuous reasons, comparing the US Presidency to a King is
ridiculous.  Also, the "Bush clan" has been in power for a total of nine
years.

It is truely hilarious that someone who has nothing to do with themself
is *apparently* running a whole country. True of most *leaders*, just very
obvious that Bush has nothing to do with himself at all.

Note - By saying "nothing to do with himself" I mean he's controlled by
others, not that he's bored :)
