Are there any websites devoted to GPL replays? I've seen one or two,
but they tend to have only things like huge smashes or people flying
several miles in the air - when you've seen one you've seen them all.

I wondered if anyone had a site which shows good pieces of driving,
perhaps especially good passing moves, slide recoveries etc. I've
often thought it would be a good idea, promoting good driving and
giving examples of it for download. I thought about it since I was
just cleaning my hard drive and I tend to save little snippets like
that rather than the crashes.

Anyone doing that? If yes, I have a nice replay of a spin recovery - a
full 360 coming onto the Zandvoort main straight, never leaving the
track and losing minimal time. I posted it to the binaries group if
anyone is interested, but might be a nice idea for a website.

I wish I had the storage space on my ISP.  I agree with you, that while
a firey crash may be splashy, us drivers who are trying to learn won't
learn much for a crash replay.  Especially since we already know how to
do that <G>.

Anyone with a few meg just waiting to be utilized for educational
purposes on their server out there?

actually I had that idea two days ago and introduced an new column at my
 german speaking ) Homepage...
unfortunately I don't have enough room on my page to post replay's, but I
have screenshots of Renato Zanki from Switzerland getting huuuuge air at
Flugplatz/ 'Ring without crashing in the next corner
