They tease by having a link to the 21MB demo, but it isn't there yet.
However, you can dl the 8.5MB video.  Reports on other websites indicates the
playable demo may be out by this weekend (hoping).

I played the Demo.  No in-car view (why do companies insist on not
giving us a realistic in-car view?).

I just can't get into this 'bumper-cam' arcade stuff...

From EA?  Are you kidding?

I played the Demo.  I'ts MUCH, MUCH better than NasRev, but it's no
Viper.

Also, no in-car view.  That sucks.

How about the***pit itself? On my system it just sits there, no hint
of suspension or cornering forces.

I'm kind of disappointed in SCGT overall. It doesn't seem to do
anything really badly, nor anything really well. Graphics, physics
model, gameplay, force feedback support - all are adequate. I would be
more impressed if it really shined in at least one area. Maybe I'm
missing something?

There is an in-car view.  Try reading the readme
file that came with it.

Does your chasis flex *that* much?

So, what's yer point?  :-)

Do you mean raise the max rpm to be at least as high as that of the
cars in the game or increase the size physically? Obviously,  I think they
need to do the former, and would like to see the latter too.

Plus, a gear indicator.  Heck, a larger spedo while I'm asking.

Well, i see car leaning into corners and also the rear end wag when you are
at limit.  Tho it may just be me.  The Panoz does not lean too much but the
M3 and trainer do.

Try the M3, it has pretty pronounced body roll, also try looking at the
car from one of the TV views when you are close to the camera.

The physics are pretty accurate, I've been involved in racing for over
15 years and I think part of what we're experiencing is the dramatic
difference in technology from GPL to SCGT. These cars DO stick, however
if you heat the tires too much they will go away on you.
Having said that, I agree the***pit and the graphics need some work
but that should be cleaned-up by the time it goes gold. I also hope they
will give us the ability to view replays from inside the game (at least
in pratice mode).

It's there buddy, hit number 1 on the main keyboard that will put you
"inside" the hit F4 twice to bring-up the dash.
