NR99 - 3DFX DOS or Windows Version?

Is there any real difference between
the 3DFX Windows version of NR99 and
the 3DFX DOS version? I want to use
the DOS version to be able to capture
screenshots by adding the -3DFX at the
end of the command line, and then
pressing the "\" key.
Also, if there is no difference,
are there any other command line
entries to enhance the 3DFX graphics
besides this one in the readme file:

3Dfx Specific:
N2FXAA 2          Use to enable AntiAlias

I have a Diamond Monster 3DII with 12MB
of RAM.
