I have a Cirrus Logic 5436, 64 bit, PCI, 2Mb Ram, graphics card.

I`ve been offered a Matrox Millenium at a very good price, I only really
want it for use with GP2.

Is it worth me getting it?
Would I see any performance increase with GP2?
Is the earth round?
etc etc
