When I try to use manual gear shift (using the keyboard) in GP2 I get the
following weird problem. If turning full lock right the gear change key
doesn't work. If I briefly release the '>' key when changing gear then it
works okay. There is no problem when turning left. The same thing happens
with either the Space bar or Alt configured as the gear change key.
Has anybody else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it ?
i never had that kind of problem, and i use different keys for change up
(space) and change down (alt), maybe this fixes your problem.
btw: was the rpm high enough for a gear change up ? you cant change up
when the rpm is to low.

This is just a gut feeling and I'm probaly wrong but sometimes some
certin combinations of keys don't mix and a key doesn't work so try
fiddiling around with your key combinations and see if that works.
Remember just a gut feeling :-)
