I've had it about 5 months and used it almost daily.
No problems, but I've heard some have broken the shifting flaps.
Mine are still ok, but I'm not using them, instead I use the stick.
Better than my old TM GP1, but I haven't tried so many other wheels.
Excellent in Super1Karting game!
But it must be bad in GPL, because my times on some tracks are sooo bad :)
Just snatched under Papy benchmark in Monaco, though!

I've got used to it and it's very good as compared to the non-FF
thrustmsater I used before. Both gear change flaps came loose within 2 weeks
and i don't think I'm rough. They have a clear change policy but I haven't
yet taken it back (wanted to see if something else goes).
Although everything else seems solid and it's nice to use, it's hard to
recommend it when parts of it break so quickly. Makes you wonder what the
rest of the build is like.

Sorry, but I'm not sure what you mean by this?
I don't have a problem with it.
Or at least I don't know if I do ...
I do real life karting, and I like the Super 1 Karting very much.
The real life kart races are too few for me in a summer...

It's not a wheel related problem, in my LWFF occurs the same.
S1K has a huge deadzone by default, look in www.simracingnews.com
forums, there is a hack to tweak the deadzone.
