I would recommend 2 options:
1) Get a Voodoo 1 based card and more memory for the time being, if you are
planning to keep your system for some time.
2) If you are planning to upgrade your PC in the near future...go ahead and get
a Voodoo 2 card now and then transfer it to your new system.

If you plan to bux a new CPU > 266 - yes.
But the V2 doesn't have any advantages on older CPUs...take a V1 for
a few bucks and kick some ass !
