Hello,

I have the Intergraph Reactor 3D card.  I really like ICR2.  I was
wondering if Nascar 2 is also written for this card (3d)?

Yes it is, but it's not as impressive as ICR2.  It lacks anti-aliasing
and the translucent smoke and dirt.  You also don't get full detail in
the mirrors.
