so i figure putting it here is the next best thing...)
info. that may help in getting the brands hatch track spot on:
(or in verifying that it is already!)
in the Brands GP 1966 event programme, there's a 3 page article in the
back where graham hill describes a lap of brands. things like
'there's a *** little dip halfway through this corner' 'the corner
is slightly banked, which helps a lot' etc etc.
then there's a plan of the track.
then there's a height profile of the track. x - track length, y -
track height. from this you can read off the exact highs and lows of
each section, and their distance around the track, and the steepness
of each section (paddock hill bend = 10.9% for example).
is there any use in me scanning this lot and putting it somewhere?
martin.
