Lost my Force feedback on Logitech Momo FF Wheel

Im stumped!!

I installed my new Logitech momo wheel, and the light came on (top
left) and the force feelings where recognised.

I ve loaded a couple of sims including Codemasters V8 Supercar and
GPL, but now my force feedback has disappeared.

Ive checked all options to turn it on, in both the logitech panels and
the game panels, and still not force or light. Ive also reinstalled
the software and still no force.

Ive done all the FAQ's but I am out of ideas

any logitech owners or others that might suggest other options would
be warmly recieved.

thanks

Glenn

If you've got no lights anymore, check the power supply, it might have died.

Lost my Force feedback on Logitech Momo FF Wheel

Whopos NOT PLUGGED IN!!!

I thought as the light initially glowed it must be live. But I guess
now that that was coming via the USB. My old wheels was a MSFF but was
serial not USB. As the wheel worked in games I assumed it was software
related.

When I chased the wires it was loose in the plug!!

Just goes to show, check the most obvious first.

thanks to the guys that provided assistance, and I hope you all had a
laugh at my expense.

Force is very complicated. Before we can get further into this, one question
must be answered:
Did you or did you not join the dark side?

First check your power supply. Use a voltmeter to make sure you're
actually getting juice out of it.

Next go to this page:
http://www.wingmanteam.com/latest_software/gadgets.htm

Download the Clear Calibration Utility and run it. It will clear the
wheel settings saved in your control panel. That way if something got
set up weird it will fix it.

Now plug your wheel back in. If you get a centering spring you're
cool, otherwise uninstall wingman software, download the latest
version at:
http://www.wingmanteam.com/latest_software/latest_soft_main.htm

Install, plug in and see what happens...
